autopo.st offer a service that monitors live video streams and detects Closed Captions/Subtitles in the live video stream and can alert via email, SMS and voice call if the captions freeze or disappear for a certain period of time.

Many countries now require broadcasters to ensure that the subtitles/captioning is in good working order and our service allows TV channels to submit their live video stream for monitoring on our Cloud platform and send out alerts if there is an issue with the captioning on their channel.
