Cancellations

Our service is offered on a rolling monthly basis via a monthly subscription payment and you may cancel at any time. You may cancel your services with us at any time before the end of the billing period. No refunds will be given for parts of months following a cancellation. You may cancel using the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button on your control panel, or by emailing info@autopo.st

Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund during the first 7 days of subscribing to our service if you are not entirely satisfied with the service. You are also eligible for part refunds (service credits) ONLY if our service is not available through a fault with our system. For refunds, please email info@autopo.st Service credits will not exceed the cost of the service at any time.
